Founded in 2026, FMI Integrative Behavioral Health & Longevity Medicine, PC was established with a vision to make high-quality, compassionate mental healthcare more accessible to individuals and families. Our practice was created by Kimberly G. Galindo, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, a U.S. Army veteran and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. After years of caring for patients in hospitals, behavioral health, leadership, and community settings, she recognized the need for personalized, patient-centered psychiatric care that focuses on the whole person — not just symptoms. Today, FMI provides evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic services, medication management, diverse psychotherapy, ADHD diagnosis and treatment, anxiety and depression diagnosis and treatment, and telehealth services, helping patients achieve lasting mental wellness, resilience, and a better quality of life.
